If you have received the product in a bad condition, the replacement product will beissued to you with no additional cost. In such a case, contact us immediately by mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID along with a picture of the defect.
All other kinds of Return Requests have to be placed within 15 days of receiving the shipment. Requests raised after that, shall not be accepted.
The shipping charges for sending the products back, has to be borne by the customer unless the return is being placed for a defect.
Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have toself ship the product. A maximum of INR 150 would be given to you as a credit notefor reverse shipping.
Shipping and COD charges are non refundable.
Note for Returns:
The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 10 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
It may take upto 15 - 18 business days for the whole return request to process.
The product is picked within 4 - 7 days from the date of placing a request.
Another 6 - 8 business days for the product to reach our warehouse.
Once the package reaches our warehouse and passes all the necessary quality checks, we will issue a refund to you. Please note that it may take 3-4 business days for the amount to reflect into your account.
Exchange Policy :
Unfortunately, we do not have an exchange policy as of now unless there is a Size issue. Only Sizes are exchangeable.
